All Gift Cards expire on 12/31 of the current year.
If a Gift Card is purchased as a gift at the end of the year for the following year's use, the new year's rates will apply.
Gift Cards must be signed by the Sales Associate at the time of purchase to be validated.
Extensions of previous year Gift Cards will be accepted if the patron pays the difference in rates from one year to the next year's rates. A new card for the new year will be issued upon payment of the difference in rates.
Punch Passes-
  • Punch Passes are transferable.
  • Punch Passes are valid on holidays, but expire on December 31st of the current year.
  • Both Residents & Non-Residents can purchase a Punch Pass.
  • Senior (62+) and Junior (-18) Punch Passes are available.
  • Full-Week Cart Rental Punch Passes are valid at all three golf courses.
  • Range Ball Punch Passes are also valid at all three golf courses.
  • Mariana Butte Golf Punch Passes are valid any day at all three courses (but this does not make dollar sense).
  • Punch Passes are not valid during Tournaments at Mariana Butte Golf Course.
  • If a Punch Pass is purchased as a gift at the end of the year for the following year's use, the new year's rates will apply.
  • Punch Passes must be initialed by the Sales Associate at the time of purchase to be validated.
  • Extensions of previous year Gift Cards will be accepted if the patron pays the difference in rates from the year of purchase to the current rates. A new card for the new year will be issued upon payment of the difference in rates, and will reflect the used portion of the Punch Pass from the previous year, which includes the Sales Associates initials/date on those previously used punches.

Annual Passes-
  • A limit of 700 Annual Passes can be sold each year.
    Of that, 135 adult passes, and 65 youth passes will be 3-Course Passes.
  • Passes are available only to residents of Loveland and Berthoud. Proof of residency is required, and verified by the address on the Driver's License at the time of purchase.
  • Annual Passes are valid from January 1st thru December 31st of the current year. Partial year passes are not available and are non-transferrable.
  • Pass holders may begin to renew their Annual Passes beginning December 1st of each year, and must pay to renew their pass by December 31st of the current year to retain their pass.
    UN-RENEWED PASSES are available for sale to residents of Loveland and Berthoud.
  • A perpetual waiting list for golfers who wish to purchase a 3-Course Pass exists. Loveland/Berthoud golfers may add names to the list by calling (970) 962-2496.
