  • Make advanced reservations through our automated tee time reservation system by calling (970) 669-5800, or you may logon to http://loveland.e-golf.net/ to reserve your tee time online up to 8 days in advance.

  • For the Automated Tee Time Service, a Visa or MasterCard to confirm reservations is required for golfers new to the system; or click here to register for your FREE system access card and number.

  • Tee times are released eight (8) days in advance of desired day beginning at 7:00pm.

  • Pre-reserved tee times can be made 21 days in advance for a nominal fee of $5 per person. Call the course directly or the Administration Office.

  • Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be modified or cancelled via the automated system until 6:00pm the day before play. After that time, please call the course directly as soon as possible or at least two hours prior to the tee time.
  • No Show Policy: Golfers who make reservations and are "no shows" may be restricted from making further reservations and/or charged for the tee times.
